The Bachelor of Engineering Technology is a versatile degree that includes major selections in both traditional engineering subjects as well as an aviation maintenance (avionics) major that can be used to pursue a career as an aircraft maintenance engineer.
By choosing a civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering degree, you can have a complete understanding of engineering topics. In-depth training in software, modeling simulations, and the capacity to assist engineers with the technology design and systems management of engineering projects is also included.
Besides that, the major in aircraft maintenance (avionics), which is provided in association with Aviation Australia, provides a quick path to becoming a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME).
