Description
The purpose of the Bachelor of Information Technology is to assist students in acquiring the skills and knowledge required to operate in the field of information technology.
Students who complete the course receive a solid foundation in all of the important and essential areas of IT as well as the opportunity to specialize in and gain in-depth knowledge in specialized subjects.
The significant and ongoing shortage of IT skills, particularly in the areas of computer networking and cyber security, is the reason the BIT was established.
Besides that, students can graduate with a specialization in this area if they select advanced courses that address significant features of computer networks and security. The BIT's networking courses are designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and construct large enterprise networks.
A significant part of the Cisco set of professional certifications, the Cisco Certificate Network Associate exam (CCNA 200-301), is prepared for by students through these courses.
In order to ensure that graduates are capable of building network systems that are resistant to online threats, cyber security courses assist students in understanding the most recent advancements and patterns in cyber defensive methods.
The National Register of Higher Education Providers now lists APIC courses that have received national accreditation from the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), registration, and addition.
