This course will cover the theory, methods, and systems used in the information technology industry, from mobile apps and virtual reality to artificial intelligence and machine learning, practical software engineering, corporate website architecture, and global information systems.
You can choose a double major or combine it with another major or degree to specialize in two fields of study within the IT program. A business or legal degree, for example, might be added to your resume.

Admission Requirements
English Language Requirement
To get admitted to Murdoch, you must be able to demonstrate English language proficiency. One of the following approaches is commonly used to do this:
A minimum scaled score of 50% in ATAR English, English Literature, or English as a Second Language is required (or interstate equivalent).
A total score of 6.0 in the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (with no band lower than 6.0) or similar scores in the Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic, TOEFL iBT, or Occupational English Test (OET).
A score of 140 or higher on the Written English section of the STAT.
Either a Diploma (AQF Level 5 or higher) or two university-level topics are required (AQF Level 7 or higher).
