What will you learn from this course:
This is a course that is taken off campus and in a virtual classroom part time. You are expected to be present in class for roughly 4 hours. In addition to that, you might be expected to fulfil an additional study commitment of about ten hours.
This additional study could consist of independent study, time spent at a work placement, or research. For 36 weeks, this course will meet for one day every week.
Virtual (Online) Classroom offers this course one day a week. Occasionally, 2-3 times every term, Friday practical skills courses are held on campus at select campuses, such as Young, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Nowra, Moss Vale, Queanbeyan/Goulburn, Albury, Finley, Wagga Wagga, Moss Vale, and Moruya/Bega (possible travel required and some locations may not run depending on numbers).
The Virtual Classroom is the provider of this course. Although professors and students are using the most recent video conferencing technologies, this setting is identical to a typical classroom.
Using video conferencing technology or a mobile device, you can join the class from another TAFE location even if your teacher is in one of those locations. You can also participate from a location in a nearby community that is taking part.
You'll be able to view and communicate with your teacher and fellow students as if they were present in the same room as you. Additionally, you will have access to assistance to satisfy your educational needs.
