The Diploma in Design at the University of Canberra permits students to participate in a broad design program that leads to a variety of bachelor's degrees in the subject of design.
If you are creative and interested in design but are concerned about your ATAR or English language skills, our Diploma of Design is the answer. Then you've arrived at the correct address.
You'll also be on your way to receiving a Bachelor of Design or one of the various design degrees offered by the faculty, from which you can specialize in any design field.

Admission Requirements
Entry Requirements
Your selection rank is comprised of your ATAR plus any adjustment factors that you may be eligible for as an international student pursuing an Australian Year 12 certificate.
If you are an overseas student who has not completed an Australian Year 12, we accept a variety of supplementary international qualifications for direct entry. Among these are NCEA Level 3, the International Baccalaureate (IB), and GCE A Levels, as well as other country-specific credentials.
We'll use the qualification with the highest competitive selection rank while considering your application.
English Language Requirements
If English is your second language, you'll need a TOEFL equivalent or an IELTS score of 6.0.
