To be able to take this class, you must prove the following:


  • The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC30121) must be completed OR

  • The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care has been earned (CHC30113)

  • Can you produce a transcript or evidence of your academic achievement for one of the aforementioned qualifications?

Traineeship

The Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is also available through AFE NSW as a traineeship. In addition to fulfilling the criteria listed above, trainees also need to:

  • Be employed in the education and care industries because this course is taught in a professional setting

  • Possess a signed traineeship agreement
