The Master of Cyber Security Operations is a postgraduate degree offered by the School of Engineering and Information Technology. It is designed for postgraduate students and professional managers who have the necessary undergraduate qualifications in management. 


As well as extensive relevant professional experience, and who wish to gain a more in-depth understanding of the managerial and technical skills and expertise relevant to the planning, operation, and acquisition of the cyber security function.


This curriculum master's degree satisfies the demand for leaders and managers who handle cyber security functions in business, government, law enforcement, and defense. 


It includes ideas drawn from information systems, cyber security, risk, management, and governance for managers wishing to enhance their careers in cyber security operations.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to a Master of Cyber Security Operations program, an applicant must meet one of the following entry requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree with honours.

  2. Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate.

  3. Bachelor's degree in the same or a related discipline with at least three years of relevant full-time professional experience. 

  4. Bachelor's degree in a non-related discipline with at least four years relevant full-time professional experience.

English Language Requirements
