Admission Requirements

All applicants must, at the very least, meet the English language requirements as well as the academic and nonacademic requirements for each program. Admission to the majority of ANU programs is competitive. So, fulfilling all entry requirements does not guarantee acceptance.


  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 5/7, and a thesis or research project that has been authorized by a designated supervisor.

  • a Bachelor's degree, or the foreign equivalent, a Graduate Certificate, orĀ 

  • A Graduate Diploma in a relevant discipline, and approval for the research project or thesis from a designated supervisor, all with a minimum GPA of 4/7.
