Description

Enhance your undergraduate education to become an Early Childhood educator. Perhaps it is time for a professional change, or your education has revealed that teaching is your true calling. This degree will equip you with the confidence and abilities necessary to teach in Pre-Schools in Australia and abroad.

This is a hands-on course where you will spend at least 60 days in the classroom putting what you have learned into practice.

Focusing on natural pedagogy, you will study how young children learn and how to develop and support their learning prior to school settings. You will examine international examples and learn how to work with youngsters from varied backgrounds.

Our Master of Teacher (Early Childhood) program is available on campus at Mt Helen (Ballarat) in an accelerated format spanning 2 years full time or 4 years part time.

It is also available online (part-time study is not available to international students). This allows for blended choices that include on-campus and online learning.
